Disabled
Here is an automatic door opener. It is a flat round metal disk aprox 6" wide and has a blue stencil of the unvirsal symbol a person in a wheelchair. When I push it it should open the accessible door to City Hall. However, it often is not working! Is it broken? Or has someone forgotten to turn it on? Or has someone turned it off early? In the past 3 weeks I have gone to City Hall 4 times, and 3 times the auto door opener was nor working. Is it disabled? Above photo taken Feb 13, 2007. Photo below taken Feb 26, 2007.
